Sale Sale Sale .......
Hardly there is anybody who does not get attracted to these boards. We easily get attracted to the sale boards which says "up to 60% off" or "Buy 1 get 1 free" for lifestyle products.
But do we apply the same logic when we are investing in Equity market ( may its through shares or Mutual fund) , no in general its observed that we get struck by bear market and start selling what ever we have bought earlier ,in fear of loosing more money.
Boss we are " loss averse,not risk averse" . We would not take a chance to win more ,but were wiling to take a chance not to lose.
But dear did you any time given a thought that this is the "SALE" period of equities you can get almost 20-30% off or "buy 1 get 1 free" kind of offer ( though you won't see these boards ,you have to sense) during this period.
Buy/invest more in your shares/mutual fund portfolio, over a period of time you will realise , you got the best deal, but for that you have to sence the "sale" board.
So friends come this the "SALE" session going on , buy/invest in equity and make your portfolio more profitable in long run.
